Madusika began her career in 2022 as a Product Development Executive at Reviva Teas – Wevalkandura. In 2023, she joined Alma Tea Factory as a Quality Assurance Executive, where she was also involved in tea manufacture and the production of white tea and other hand-crafted teas. In 2024, she joined LCBL as a Tea Manufacture Advisor cum Marketing Executive, handling the sale of High and Medium Catalogue teas.

She holds a Bachelor of Bio-Systems Technology (Hons) in Commercial Green Farming Technology from the University of Jaffna.
