With over four years of hands-on experience in the tea production sector, Naveen has developed a comprehensive understanding of both low-grown and high- & medium-grown tea manufacturing processes. Building upon this solid foundation in production, he transitioned into the brokering industry by joining Asia Siyaka Commodities in 2025.

Currently, as an Executive – Statistics and Marketing at LCBL, Naveen plays a pivotal role that bridges marketing analytics and tea production expertise. His work integrates data-driven insights with practical industry knowledge, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational excellence within the tea trade.
