Mr. Buddika Kumarage started his employment in 1993 at Hulugala Samarasinghe and Company as External Auditor until 1995. Thereafter, he was employed as Clerk at Talawakela Plantations from 1996 to 1998. He was employed as Clerk from 1998 to 2000 at Walahanduwa Estate, then from 2000 to 2024 at Tea Shakthi Fund.

He joined LCBL in 2004 as a Cataloguing Executive and from 2025 was promoted as Manager – Cataloguing.
