Ravinatha Thalgahagoda joined LCBL as a Trainee Tea Executive in May 2010. During his training, he gained experience across several departments, including tea stores, tea sampling, cataloguing, and tea operations.
He has trained under senior executives and accompanied manufacturing advisors on estate visits, gaining comprehensive exposure to tea manufacturing processes across all three elevations.
Mr. Thalgahagoda has successfully managed the sale of Off Grades and currently oversees the sales of the Low Grown Leafy Grade catalogue.
Appointed as CBA Tea Convenor for the year 2025-2026.
